What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, vehicle registration, make and model, the service you are interested in, your area and your message. When you book work with us we also hold details of your vehicle and the work carried out.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, quote for and carry out work on your vehicle, keep records of that work, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing that contract, our legitimate interest in running the business, and legal obligation. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Website enquiries are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. The website is hosted by Vercel. If you ask about a payment plan, we will share the details needed with the finance provider only with your agreement. We may share information where the law requires it.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 12 months. We keep records of work carried out and invoices for as long as we need them for warranty, legal and accounting purposes, normally six years.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
