These terms apply to this website and to work carried out by Drive Dynamics Ltd, unit 2, Block 7 West Ave, South Ave, Blantyre, Glasgow G72 0XB. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Quotes and authorisation

We quote before starting work. If we find further work is needed once we have started, we will contact you, explain what we found and get your agreement before carrying it out. We will not charge for work you have not authorised.

Parts

For servicing we use parts and fluids of matching quality to your manufacturer's specification. Replaced parts are available for you to see or take on request at collection.

Engine remapping

Engine remapping is a modification. You are responsible for declaring it to your insurer. A remap may affect your manufacturer's warranty. We carry out a health check before remapping and may decline the work if the vehicle is not suitable. We keep a copy of your vehicle's original ECU software.

MOT

We prepare vehicles for their MOT and arrange the test. The MOT result is determined by the test itself; a pre-MOT check reduces the chance of a failure but cannot guarantee a pass.

Payment and payment plans

Payment is due on collection unless agreed otherwise. Where you use a payment plan, the terms of that plan are provided to you in writing before you agree to it, and those terms apply.
